Blackhawk is the largest condo community in Logan, Utah. A creek surrounded by large, mature trees make for beautiful scenery. The community is conveniently located near Highway 89 as well as stores, theaters, restaurants, gyms and schools. It’s also located next to a well-maintained park with soccer fields. Blackhawk condos are very affordable and ideal for first time home buyers. There’s plenty of visitor parking. Blackhawk is a no smoking community.
Boulevard is a small, three unit community with beautiful views of the valley that will never be obstructed. Avoid the noise of larger communities as well as limiting neighbor noise with double-insulated walls. Each unit has a private patio. Live close to the temple, USU as well as the amenities of downtown Logan.
Bridgerland Meadows is one of Logan and Cache Valley’s newer communities and is currently still building more units. Pick from a variety of floor plans and styles. The community will total 286 luxury townhomes when the final phase of construction is complete. Enjoy the walking/running trails and exercise stations throughout the community.

Rodeo Lane Townhomes are 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath units built in 2005. Included is a spacious kitchen with wonderful breakfast bar; extra vanity outside upstairs bathroom. Located next to a stream with lots of trees gives it a “woodsy” feel. Grab a sandwich across the street from Crumb Brothers and enjoy eating it on the picnic tables in the lovely park just east of the Rodeo Lane community. And it doesn’t get better than living near Willow Park and Zoo and Logan Aquatics Center! Nice open common area in the community for playing and tossing a ball. Very well run HOA with low fees.

Warm Springs condos offer larger floor plans and storage space at a great value. Don’t sacrifice comfortable living space to save money. Warm Springs townhouses offer the best of both worlds.
Yorkshire Village is where Mary Ann got her start in real estate selling the newly constructed units in 1999, so if you’re looking for someone who knows every square inch of the community you’ve found the right person. Yorkshire was built in six phases and only has one through street, minimizing traffic.
